200,000 miles and counting

One of our long-time clients emailed us recently with the thrilling report that her 1999 Infiniti QX4 had just reached a major milestone—200,000 miles on the odometer.

We’ve been servicing Marshia’s vehicle regularly for the last 100,000 miles (since June 2003), and we couldn’t help but celebrate along with her. And I’d like to take a quick moment now to share her email with you.

“Thanks to your team for keeping my Infiniti Qx4 running fine,” she writes. “I took a picture of the 200,000-mile mark my SUV has made it to with your excellent service. I’m proud to report my vehicle has never broken down unexpectedly on the road. You keep me on the highway with confidence daily. I hope to maximize the miles and save the new car expense as long as I can. Keep up the good work.”

Congratulations, Marshia! And thanks for a prime example of the longevity and durability of today’s high-tech vehicles. Twenty years ago, it was monumental if a vehicle hit 100,000 miles. In a fairly short span of time, automotive engineers have doubled that so you can continue to drive the car you love for as long as you want (within reason).

Do you have a tale like Marshia’s to tell? Let us know! We’d love to hear from you.
