I feel like I can trust them – not something that I say easily about anyone. The work is done on time and if there is an issue, they are happy to take care of it.

I value Star Auto more than any other auto service I’ve ever encountered. They saved me from buying a new car by diagnosing, overnight, a problem with my Cadillac SRX which the dealership had not been able to resolve. Based on their service quality, I plan to buy used cars, so I can take them directly to Star for service! I also think that they provide environmentally responsible services. Though I’d like to buy a hybrid, I realize that keeping my current cars efficient and functioning is probably a better solution. They help me achieve that! They are not overtly “green”, but certainly help maintain cars to last as long as possible. Plus, they are responsible corporate citizens. They are great about posting community events in their waiting room and bulletin board. I appreciate their willingness to support organizations in our community.

Star Auto,gives me free tire rotations with the tires,I purchased from them.I especially enjoy the nitrogen they use in them.I never have to stop in a gas station to get them filled.

I was amazed at how clean the place was. Everytime I go in there, and I go in there quite alot with two old cars, I still get amazed with how clean it is in there.
Also the great customer service and did I mention how clean the place was.
